1. Agreement
These terms govern access to Our Day RSVP. By creating an account or using a guest link, you agree to them. Replace the business identity, governing law and contact details before launch.
2. Accounts
Couples must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and remain responsible for activity under their account. Notify the service operator promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, infringe another person’s rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website or use it to send unsolicited communications.
4. Couple and guest content
Couples retain ownership of invitation text, images and guest information they provide. They grant the service the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content for the requested service.
5. Purchases and custom work
Fees, deliverables, revision limits and timelines should be shown before purchase. Bespoke projects may also be governed by an approved proposal or statement of work.
6. Availability and changes
The operator may improve, change or suspend features and may perform maintenance. Reasonable efforts should be made to preserve access and communicate material changes.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Liability limitations must be reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction and cannot exclude rights that law does not permit excluding.
8. Termination
Accounts may be suspended for material breach, security risk or unlawful use. Couples may request account closure subject to legal, billing and backup-retention requirements.
9. Governing law and contact
Add the governing law, courts or dispute process, legal business name, registered address and monitored contact before making the service available.
